Dr. Ryan Gilreath was born and raised in Greer, South Carolina.  He attended undergraduate at Wofford College in Spartanburg, SC, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish.  In 2004, Dr. Gilreath was awarded the highest academic honor award, Phi Beta Kappa. Dr. Gilreath graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical University of South Carolina.Dr. Gilreath has been in Charleston since 2003 and resides in Goose Creek, South Carolina.  He is a member of the Goose Creek Rotary Club, American Dental Association, and SC Dental Association.His interests include boating, softball, exercising, and spending time with family.  Dr. Gilreath speaks fluent Spanish. He resides as a dentist in Goose Creek, servicing Goose Creek, Summerville, North Charleston, and surrounding areas.

Dr. Ponton joined Goose Creek Family Dentistry in July 2016. His undergraduate degree is from the College of Charleston, where he earned a BS in biology and graduated cum laude. His Doctor of Dental Medicine degree is from the Medical University of South Carolina.  Dr. Ponton has an Advanced Education in General Dentistry from East Carolina University School of Dental Medicine.  He resides in Charleston with his wife and son. He enjoys spending time with his family.  Dr. Ponton is a dentist in Goose Creek, servicing Goose Creek, North Charleston, Summerville, and surrounding areas.


Dr. Roxie Braxton
Dr. Roxie Braxton
Dr. Braxton is from Greenville, North Carolina, where she attended East Carolina University. She received a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Bachelor of Arts in chemistry, and she was president of the East Carolina University Pre-Dental Honor society, graduating magna cum laude. She then moved to Chapel Hill, where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina Adams School of Dentistry. Dr. Braxton continued her dental studies at the Medical University of South Carolina, where she completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry program. Here she became proficient in multidisciplinary treatment planning, implant restorations, removable prostheses, CAD/CAM dentistry and treating patients with special health care needs. Dr. Braxton and her husband, Dewey, live on Sullivan’s Island, where they enjoy island life with their Yellow Lab, Sampson.
